Terms and Conditions:

1. Customers who purchase a 4890 Graphics Card in one (1) transaction to qualify for the Ruby Girl Figurine Claim.   Information on how to claim this offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offer is only open to Australian residents who are purchasing the eligible products for private domestic use. Purchases by, or on behalf of, businesses and other organisations will be ineligible.

3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 that can access the internet. The Christmas Bonus redemption process as outlined below is the sole method of entry.

4. Ruby Girl Figurine Claim is Limited to the 1st 150 CLAIMS ONLY. ("Rebate Quota")

5. Offer commences 1 April 2009 and closes at 5pm EST on 31 April 2009 ("Offer Period") OR until the rebate quota is reached . All claims must be fully completed and received by the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of date of purchase and no later than 5pm AEST on 31 April 2009. No claims received after 5pm AEST 31 April 2009 will be considered.

6. Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt for claim as proof of purchase. Claimants must scan and upload the copy of the receipt in the relevant form box. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for the claim when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of a claimant's claim and forfeiture of any right to an offer. Purchase receipt must clearly show full payment and specify the store name and date of purchase and that the eligible AMD Phenom II product purchase was made during the Offer Period on the same Invoice.

7. Offer is limited to a maximum of one (1) claim per claimant. (A "claimant" is defined as the person or entity named on the purchase receipt or the person making payment). Claims must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

8. Retailers, Computer wholesalers, Distributors and System Integrators are not Eligible to claim. This is an END user promotion ONLY.

9. To claim, consumers must visit www.amdpromotions.com/specialpromotions and enter their details via the Online Claim Form. They must then scan their original purchase receipt and upload onto the site.

10. The Promoter will not fulfil any claim where the claim form is incomplete. This includes any claim form which a retailer completes on behalf of a customer. Any costs incurred by the customer associated with claiming the Special promotions amount including accessing the AMDpromotions website, telephone enquiries in relation to the Special Promotions offer are the sole responsibility of the customer.

11. The Promoter will not accept any liability for any claims that are lost or illegible. The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The Figurine will be sent within 30 days of receiving a valid claim.

13. The Promoter makes no guarantee of the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for interruption of service that may interfere with the ability to participate in the promotion.
